Very poor attitude. Even worse customer service. General lack of knowledge of the Verizon System.

for all you one or two star reviewers...shame on you...here is a fantastic new business that came to Byron to increase commerce and make our lives easier than traveling to Rockford. Being a fellow business owner I dont think you laborers or entry level people realize the impact negative reviews can cost a business. I had a absolute fantastic experience with the Store manager Jeff. Great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had her new phone up and ready within 20 minutes...Thanks Jeff and Verizon Byron!!!!
